ABSTRACT
In order to make the shared traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） pharmacy develop more efficiently and normatively at the grass-roots level， using the “shared TCM pharmacy” as the retrieval word， this paper uses the literature research method to retrieve the reports， documents and policies from CNKI， the websites of people’s governments at all levels， the official websites of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine， people.com， China News Network， Xinhua News and other platforms before May 20， 2022， sort out the development mode and history of two “Internet plus” TCM pharmacies， namely “shared TCM pharmacies” and “smart TCM pharmacies”， and compare them with each other. Combined with the actual work of community hospitals and community service centers （stations）， the necessity and advantages （such as reducing the costs of the intermediate links of drug circulation and standardizing the grass-roots drug use process） of the development of “shared TCM pharmacy” are obtained from the perspective of primary medical care. Combined with the current situation of the promotion and application of shared TCM pharmacy in county medical communities， it is concluded that the shared TCM pharmacy should be further constructed from four aspects： improving the work process of drug centralized procurement under the background of normalization， improving the compatibility and synchronization of the whole process dispensing information system module， unifying pharmaceutical services and personnel training， defining the authority of data query and clarifying the boundaries of patient privacy to further build a shared TCM pharmacy. Finally， it integrates information technology， summarizes the definition of shared TCM pharmacy and its future construction direction， and provides reference for the next development of shared TCM pharmacy at the grass-roots level.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for establishing stan dardized construction standard system of “internet+TCM pharmacy”. METHODS ： Questionnaire through literature review ， investigation and expert consultation were compiled. A questionnaire survey was carried out among TCM staff to understand the current situation and problems of “internet + TCM pharmacy”in Chinese medical institutions. Based on the results of the questionnaire ，a frame of standardized construction standard system for “internet+TCM pharmacy ”was tried to constructed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS：A total of 74 questionnaires were distributed and 74 were returned ，including 1 invalid questionnaire ，with an effective rate of 98.65％. Among the 73 respondents， more than 60％ were from TCM hospitals ，or with the title of vice senior or above ，and 55（75.3％）were national TCM characteristic technology inheritance talents. The survey results showed that more than 80％ of TCM pharmacies in medical institutions were equipped with full-time reviewers ，provided decocting service ，set up decocting room ，and carried out distribution service，and could achieve the same-day or part of the same-day delivery. More than half of the respondents believed that the prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces in their medical institutions were issued in strict accordance with the relevant requirements ， the rational drug use monitoring software was used ，and the error analysis of relevant work links was carried out regularly ， prescription coping training was regularly carried out for dispensers ，and decoction knowledge and operation process training were carried out for decoction personnel. However ，the vast majority of respondents （67，accounting for 91.8％）thought that their medical institutions only used traditional methods to control and evaluate the quality of finished decoction products. The results of the evaluation of the importance of 6 links and 17 key points of operation showed that the highest concentration of opinions was the quality of decoction pieces ，and the key points of operation were special drug treatment. The results of principle component analysis and maximum variance analysis showed that current construction of “internet+TCM pharmacy ”was mainly reflected in the two dimensions as TCM decocting ，consultation and distribution servi ces. Statistical analysis indicated that there were significant differences in staff training ，awareness of laws and policies ， regular error analysis ，patient satisfaction survey ，optimization of payment and consulting services among different levels and categories institutions （P＜0.05）. It was necessary to carry out the standardization construction of “internet+TCM pharmacy”. It is suggested that the standard system for standardized construction of“Internet + TCM pharmacy ”should be established from 5 aspects：basic construction conditions ，the standardization of procurement and acceptance ，the standardization of dispensing ，the standardization of decocting and distribution service and the standardization of pharmaceutical consultation services.

OBJECTIVE：To provi de reference for the construction of shared TCM pharmacy information platform based on county medical alliance. METHODS ：By literature research ，the construction and development of TCM pharmacy in primary medical and health institutions were analyzed ，and the feasibility ，advantages and limitations of shared TCM pharmacy based on county medical alliance were also analyzed. The construction process and method of shared TCM pharmacy information platform based on county medical alliance introduced from aspects of overall architecture ，business model and main functions. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS：The policies for the revitalization and development of medical alliance and TCM ，the needs for the improvement of grass-roots TCM service ability ，and the application of modern information technology provide the feasibility for the construction of shared TCM pharmacy based on county medical alliance. The construction of shared TCM pharmacy based on county medical alliance can broaden TCM list in the primary medical institutions ，integrates and diverts human resources ，save costs ，and provides homogeneous and standardized pharmaceutical care. However ，it is generally affected by non information technology factors such as county regional environment ，policy support ，logistics distribution speed ，cost benefit sharing. T he shared TCM pharmacy information platform based on county medical alliance is mainly based on the TCM alliance led by county-level TCM hospital ，and constructs business model from three aspects ：business processing ，business management and business sharing on the basis of the health information platform of TCM department. Its main functions include the whole flow management of TCM decoction pieces ， TCM dispensing ，decocting，distribution，pharmaceutical care ，quality control ，convenient service and interface management and so on. The application of shared TCM pharmacy information platform based on county medical alliance helps the opening of the business cooperation and information sharing channel of shared TCM pharmacy based on county medical alliance expands the service scope of TCM ，and enhances the TCM service ability in primary medical institutions.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of key performance indicators (KPI) project management in TCM pharmacy of generl hospital.METHODS: KPI project management system which is established by TCM pharmacy and the specific process of implementation were analyzed and summarized.RESULTS: KPI project management improved performance management of TCM pharmacy and confirmed target of position.CONCLUSION: Comprehensive KPI management model should be set up in TCM pharmacy and play great role in general hospital.

OBJECTIVE:To upgrade the information management of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pharmacy in our hospital.METHODS:The benefits and problems in implementing information management in our hospital's TCM pharmacy were discussed,and solutions for improvement were proposed.RESULT & CONCLUSION:The application of the information management system can help regulate the management of the TCM pharmacy,and establish a closer connection between traditional medicine and modern technology.
